It's amazing what a lick of paint can do to an area. The above images are from Rio de Janeiro where the artists Favelas transformed a local community with just the idea of colour. Locals came together to help turn their homes in to a massive peice of art as well as a tourist attraction. The same idea is being used by Dulux paints to promote their brand but on a larger scale.
